Uba Rialian Nababan, S.H., As the Managing Partner of CHRISTIAN SAMOSIR ADVOCATES, Alin graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Parahyangan, Bandung. She has attended various international and domestic training programs and seminars in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia focused on corporate and labor law, arbitration, investment, Capital Market and Intellectual Property rights. Alin’s experience lies with litigation and also the preparation of documentation concerning mining and energy, consumer goods, plantations, fisheries and foreign investments. She is also experienced in conducting due diligence for various types of corporate action (for example mergers & acquisitions), giving advice, registration of trademarks and other intellectual property rights, and conducting research on many corporate and investment issues. She is a member of the Indonesian bar association, and speaks fluently both Indonesian and English.
